The United States Postal Service reports that the 2002 federal duck stamp Artist Commemorative Cards and Ceremony Programs have sold out in a record six months. Because of this, the Federal Duck Stamp Office estimates that preliminary orders for next year’s Artist Cards and Ceremony Programs will double, providing more funds to help preserve America’s natural heritage.
