The 1999 Lower Brule Indian Reservation stamps have again been released in a set of three. The sets have matching serial numbers on the reverse and include a $5 tribal resident, a $10 non-tribal South Dakota resident, and $10 non-resident out of state stamp. The Lower Brule Sioux began issuing the stamps as pictorials in 1995, with a set of five. The stamps have been issued as a set of three since 1996. Prior to 1995, all stamps were text only. The set of three costs $29; a set of plate blocks is $199.
